It has been no surprise that the banking industry has gone through some tough times over the past year. It is in these times, organizations realize their strengths and the need to focus on what they do best. Going forward we will concentrate our efforts in serving our cooperative customer base; including housing cooperatives, business cooperatives and other socially responsible organizations that benefit low to moderate income communities.
Using the financial stability of NCB, FSB, and partnering closely with our nonprofit affiliate NCB Capital Impact, we will demonstrate a simplified focus in 2010 that will translate to stronger mission banking results. Our customers can be assured we will continue to serve them with competitive banking products and services nationwide.
